Smart with Bytes is an online language platform offered by BuildWithBytes, based in the Netherlands. Contact: info@smartwithbytes.nl.
2. Description of the service
Smart with Bytes offers free interactive language exercises for German, English, French, Italian and Spanish. The exercises are available in the browser at smartwithbytes.nl. Creating an account is optional and enables additional features such as progress tracking.
The content is intended for educational use and not for commercial purposes. The platform is designed to supplement language learning and is not a replacement for formal language education.
3. Permitted use
You may use the platform for personal, educational purposes. The following is not permitted:
- Systematically copying or scraping content (texts, word lists, exercise data)
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent
- Manipulating or attempting to circumvent exercise results or scores
- Sending spam or misusing the contact form
- Launching attacks on the website or servers
4. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Use a password you do not use elsewhere. If you suspect misuse, please contact us at info@smartwithbytes.nl.
We reserve the right to block or delete accounts used in violation of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The content on smartwithbytes.nl, including texts, word lists, exercise formats, code and images, is owned by BuildWithBytes or licensed for use on the platform. Reproducing, distributing or publishing the content without written permission is not permitted unless explicitly allowed.

Smart with Bytes makes every effort to keep its content correct and up to date but cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The platform is intended solely as a supplement to language learning and should not be used as the only source.
BuildWithBytes is not liable for damages resulting from use of or inability to access the platform, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

We aim for the highest possible platform availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily limit availability. We are not liable for consequences of temporary downtime.
